Welfare services

• Help for Spouse's Death
  If a member's husband or wife passes away, NPR 3,000 will be provided as financial support.

• Maternity Support
  If a member gives birth to a child, NPR 3,000 will be provided as support.

• Funeral Support
  If a member who regularly saves with us passes away, NPR 4,000 will be provided to help with funeral expenses.

• Disaster Relief Support
  If a member's home or property is damaged by floods, landslides, storms, lightning, snowfall, or fire, NPR 2,500 will be provided as immediate relief.

• SEE Achievement Award
  One child of a member from each branch who achieves excellent results in the SEE examination will receive a cash award of NPR 2,001.

• Business Recovery Support
  Financial assistance will be provided to members who need help restarting their business after a major loss or damage.

• National Emergency Support
  Financial assistance will be provided to affected members during pandemics or other national emergencies declared by the Government of Nepal.

Other services

• SEE Examination Awards:
  A cash prize will be awarded to the best-performing male and female students among the children of employees in the SEE examination. Additionally, one child from each branch who achieves excellent marks will receive a prize on the occasion of the financial institution's establishment day.

• Institutional Social Responsibility:
  Programs will be conducted in all provinces in sectors directly related to society, such as education, health, and sports, as per the limits set by the Nepal Rastra Bank.

• Scholarships for Underprivileged Students:
  An annual scholarship will be provided to economically disadvantaged but talented students from around each branch.

• Natural Disaster Relief:
  In the event of damage to business or home due to natural disasters, immediate relief will be made available to members from the customer protection fund.

• Awareness through Media:
  Educational content related to loan repayment and financial discipline will be regularly disseminated through social media and other communication channels.
